Impact Sounds was invited to be part of the Stanford University SLS Prom this year and it was a blast!
We had performed for many schools and university, but it was our first time performing for Stanford and it was great to have that opportunity.The crowd was amazing, the party was well organized, and the atmosphere was amazing.
The San Francisco Design Center is one of the best venues in San Francisco. If anyone is looking for the place to throw a party with a large crowd, this is the venue. Individually we had work at the San Francisco Design Center in the past, but this was the first time for us as a group. It was a great pleasure to be doing this venue and we hope to back here again in the very near future.

Impact Sounds was invited to be part of the San Francisco JROTC Brigade Ball this year and it was a great time for all! Many don’t know this, but JROTC and the Brigade Ball specifically hold a special place in our hearts. Four of the Five Impact Sounds members have been involved in being part of the JROTC. It was because of this school program that kept us involved with school activities and kept us out of trouble. The Brigade Ball specifically was the very first gig that Impact Sounds performed at almost 12 years ago. Back then, we were bedroom DJs and we rented all our equipment from Manor Music in Pacifica. We used house speakers and had no idea what we were doing. Surprisingly everything turned out great, friendships were formed, and Impact Sounds was born.
So 12 years later, we got to be part of this great organization. We have to give special thanks to Kianna Louie, Lailanie Louie, and Ben Leung for getting us this party. The party itself was a blast from the past. All the kids showed us why we got into this business in the first place. Singing to every song, shaking and dancing, and just having a good ol time. Hopefully, we will be invited back next year to be part of this great event.

Impact Sounds would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. This has been another successful year for us and we have only our clients, friends and family to thank. We had loved working with many of our clients this year and are honored that you select us time and time again to be your preferred DJ entertainment service. Your continued support and suggestions have help us grow into a better company. For that, we wanted to thank all of you.
Next year, we hope to continue to improve our services and add on even more options to offer to our clients. Our photobooth service has served us well in the past year, but we are working on creating a brand new customized booth to incorporate larger groups and improve exceptional picture quality. We also look to expand our lighting services to offer different types of lights to create a grand event atmosphere. And lastly, we may expand and offer video mixing as a visual alternative to not only be stimulated musically, but also visually. Be on the lookout for these exciting new features. We’ll provide more information on these improvements throughout the year.
It’s been a great 12 years of being DJs and our enthusiasm for this business has continued to grow. Music is powerful and we continue to be in this business because we see how music puts joy and energy in people’s lives. We have loved being part of your lives and family, even if it was only for a few hours. We will cherish all the special moments. And we Thank you.

Impact Sounds is now on YouTube. We have created a whole new video site so that we can not only show you pictures of what we do, but also in live motion video.
We hope to bring you a lot of great content on this site. Tutorials of how to create your own music, Gig Logs of recent parties we have done, and new service presentations are just some of the videos we are preparing for the site. We hope that it will be informative and give you an idea of what Impact Sounds can offer you to enhance your party.

Alice Summer Thing 2010 Concert live in Golden Gate Park! This year featured One Eskimo, Kris Allen, and Lifehouse!
This weekend was filled with events. There was the San Francisco Giants game, the Gay Pride Parade, and of course Alice Summer Thing Concert. It was a wonderful day in the park with great weather and great music …. and even better it is FREE. Kris Allen did not disappoint with a wonderful covers of Heartless and Man in the Mirror. Then of course sang his hit song Live Like were Dying! Then, Lifehouse rocked the stage just like they did the previous year! Doing some songs from their new album and of course all their hits! It’s a total free concert where you can make your way to the front of the stage for some great shots!
All in all, it was great times at the park once again! See you guys next year!
