Impact Sounds Rental Services
Impact Sounds is now offering rental services for use of our equipment. We can provide top brand equipment and ensure quality and reliabilty when renting from us. If you would like more information about our rental services please contact service@impactsounds.com
Reservations - Reserve rental equipment well in advance to ensure availability and allow ample time for orders to be delivered or picked up. A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation unless a charge account is established. Rental rates are charged based on the contract dates regardless of whether the equipment was or was not used. Review orders prior to delivery for accuracy and requirements. Revisions can be made up to 24 hours prior to delivery or will-call. For reservations placed within 24 hours of delivery a $25 Special Handling Charge will be assessed.

Payment - Payment in full is due upon receipt of rental equipment and services provided. Credit is extended to pre-approved accounts only. Delivery - Delivery and pickup services are available. The standard delivery charge is for delivery access within 50 feet of the truck. Long carry, high-rise, holiday, or after hours services will incur an additional charge.
Cancellation Policy - When an order is placed with Impact Sounds, all equipment is reserved, prepared, and hand-packed. When a cancellation occurs with insufficient notice, these items are unavailable to other clients. With orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery or will-call, a cancellation or restocking fee may apply. Special order items will incur a full restocking fee.
